The 60-year-old entertainer has been hospitalized in intensive care after falling from a golf cart and suffering a head injury on Thursday night near their home in the Las Vegas community of Summerlin, her rep confirmed Friday to E! News.
"Pia is resting comfortably and has been moved out of trauma care, but still remains in ICU," the rep said. "When she improves, she will have ankle surgery in Los Angeles in the next week or so."

Sveti Stefan: Serbian tennis great Novak Djokovic will wed longtime girlfriend Jelena Ristic tomorrow in a civil ceremony at a posh resort on the Adriatic coast, a source close to the family said on Wednesday.
"The civil wedding will take place at Kraljicina (Queen`s) beach," the source, who requested anonymity, told AFP.

Hollywood stalwart Joan Fontaine, best known for her roles in director Alfred Hitchcock's 1939 Rebecca and her Best Actress Oscar-winning role in his 1940 film Suspicion, died Sunday at her northern California home, according to several reports. She was 96.
Details of her death were not immediately available.
