Katharine McPhee is off the hook - sort of.
The actress' publicist confirmed last week that the 30-year-old had filed for divorce from her husband of six years, Nick Cokas.
The divorce came months after the star was snapped kissing her Smash director Michael Morris in October of last year.
Divorce papers obtained by TMZ reveal the couple were, as the actress and her publicist claimed, already separated.
